Recipe for honey cake with prunes

Brew tea for 3/4 tbsp. boiling water, filter and let cool to room temperature. Softened butter is mixed with liquid honey and sugar. We drive in eggs, pour in tea and mix well. Gradually introduce sifted flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

Prunes for 10 minutes, pour hot water, drain, dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces and add to the dough. The resulting mass is transferred to a greased form, leveled and sent to a preheated to 190 degrees oven for 40 minutes. Check for the availability of a toothpick. If baked in small silicone molds, the cooking time will be greatly reduced.

Honey cake on kefir in a multivark

For a cupcake, a dark, buckwheat honey is better. Mix it with eggs, kefir and vegetable oil. Gradually introduce sifted flour with soda. The consistency of dough should resemble thick sour cream. We transfer it to the oiled bowl of the multivark and turn on the "Bake" mode. After an hour we take out a light, airy and surprisingly fragrant cupcake on kefir . When it cools down a little, sprinkle it with sugar powder and enjoy it - with tea or milk.

In warm boiled water, we cultivate honey and sugar, add oil and salt. Gradually introducing sifted with soda flour, knead a homogeneous, as for fritters, dough. If desired, you can add any dried fruits and nuts. We pour the dough into molds so that only 2/3 of the volume is filled. And bake 20 minutes in a preheated 200 degrees oven - to a beautiful, ruddy crust.
