Tomato Mexican Salsa - a classic recipe for cooking
Ingredients:

Preparation

We pour tomato pulp, lime juice and / or lemon juice. Salt - to taste. Such salsa fits well with pork or beef meat. Salsa Verde - cooking recipe (green sauce)
Ingredients:
- fruit avocado - 1-2 pcs .;
- fennel fruit - 1 piece;
- chili fresh green - 1 pc .;
- onion white - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- greens (parsley, coriander);
- lime or lemon;
- salt.
Preparation
Flesh of avocado fruit, fennel fruit, green burning pepper (without seeds), peeled onions, garlic and greens are punched in a blender until smooth. The composition of green salsa can also include cucumbers, capers and young olives without pits.
We pour in the juice of citrus fruits. If desired, to soften it, you can add a little water or white wine. This sauce will work fine with pork, chicken, fish with white flesh and other seafood.
Yellow salsa - recipe
Ingredients:
- banana - 1 pc. little;
- Pulp of pineapple - 100 g;
- mango - 1 piece;
- fresh chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- pumpkin muscatine - 100 g;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- greens (coriander, parsley);
- lemon or lime;
- salt.
Preparation
Peeled banana, mango, pineapple, pumpkin flesh, chili pepper, greens and garlic in a blender until smooth. Add citrus juice and salt.
