The bulb is cleaned, shredded in cubes and wessed to transparency on the same oil. Then add the Bulgarian sweet pepper, cut into thin strips, and mix. The tomato is washed, crushed and thrown to the rest of the vegetables. We extinguish everything until readiness, and then we spread out the green cooled beans and add salt to taste. We fill the dish cleaned and squeezed through the press with garlic, sprinkle on top with chopped walnuts and chopped fresh herbs.
