Signs of Menopause

Beginning at about age 45, a woman encounters such a natural process in the body as the extinction of her reproductive function. This is due to the decrease in the production of female hormones, which eventually leads to the cessation of menstruation and, accordingly, the ability to conceive and give birth to a child.

This phenomenon is called the menopause, or menopause, which for several years becomes for the woman a symbol of its inevitable aging.

Signs of Menopause

Perhaps this is due to the woman's way of life, to the environment, or simply to the wrong perception of such a legitimate process, but in most cases the climax does not go unnoticed. Each period of menopause has its own characteristic features.

The first sign indicating the onset of premenopause in a woman is a disorder of the menstrual cycle. Monthly can become both more, and less intensive. The duration of the cycle itself can also vary in the direction of elongation or, conversely, contraction. Age changes may be accompanied by other concomitant symptoms:

As a result of such changes, the risk of developing the following diseases increases:

The first signs of menopause in women appear long before the full withering of the reproductive function. Menopause is a long process that can last from 2 to 5 years or more. It is not necessarily that during this period a woman will face all the symptoms of menopause. It is important to correctly treat the inevitable age-related changes, then many unpleasant moments will be avoided.
