Sore eyes and head

When the head and eyes are very sore - this can be a sign of increased blood pressure. This is especially evident after sneezing or coughing.

Cases when the head is aching and this feeling "gives" to the eye, after even the slightest injury, may indicate concussion.

With migraine, the pain has a sharp, pulsating character. Moreover, it can be either strictly localized or "spilled", covering the entire head and eye area. In addition, the pain caused by migraine causes reddening of the eyes and tear, nausea, acute perception of the environment and visual disturbances.

Treatment of eye and head pain

As a rule, with a headache, do not rush to see a doctor, Avoiding an independent intake of painkillers. But at their regular occurrence it is recommended to make instrumental examination (CT, MRI) and with results to address to the doctor-therapist for installation of the diagnosis.
