The main thing for those who lose weight is participation in metabolic processes: turmeric does not allow fat cells to accumulate in the body and improves digestion. You can add turmeric by pinch to stewed vegetables, to vinegar or oil dressing for salad, as well as to stew and casseroles.
  4. Cardamom . This seasoning for weight loss accelerates the metabolism and causes the body to spend more actively accumulated fats. Spice is universal: the grains can be put in coffee, tea or a dish from a bird, and you can make a decoction and take it after eating.
