Stuffed mackerel with onions and carrots, baked in the oven

We remove the mackerel, rinse the abdominal cavity thoroughly, cut off the head and fins. Having cut the fish along the ridge, carefully extract it. Tweezers remove the bones. Wipe fish with carcass dry napkins. Prepared mackerel sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasonings for fish.

Mushrooms are crushed in a blender and quickly fried, until the moisture evaporates completely. Carrots and onions rubbed on the grater and also fry until soft. Mix vegetables with mushrooms, add chopped greens to the mixture.

Now we put the fish with the skin down and sprinkle with gelatin. We put the stuffing in the center of the fish and turn off the carcass, returning the old form to it. We prick the abdominal walls with toothpicks and tightly wrap the fish with foil. We boil the fish in foil for 30 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator under oppression.
