The beaches of Barcelona - how to get there?
In total there are four main beaches in Barcelona. Up to three beaches closest to the city are easiest to reach by metro. In principle, both options are convenient, although the trip by metro will definitely take much less time, and accordingly, you will have more time directly for the most pleasant rest on the beach.

Also, the beach can be reached on foot, and as Barcelona is rich in various architectural beauties, then this walk will clearly not be boring, but on the contrary, it will give you a lot of new impressions. On the beach Barceloneta, of course, you can not only buy. There is a lot of entertainment, so to speak, for every taste. The most popular are windsurfing and kitesurfing. Getting to the beach of Mar Bella is easiest, again, on the metro. And you will again need a yellow branch line. To leave it is necessary at station Poblenou. - The beach Sitges. This beach is not in Barcelona itself, but outside, so that to get to it, you will need to take the train at the station Sants. The road to the beach will take about half an hour.
