If a woman has a history of spontaneous abortion, then a careful approach to the planning of another pregnancy and its management is necessary. Probably, he will appoint a consultation of a married couple with a geneticist, a study for the presence of chronic infections (sexually transmitted diseases), an ultrasound to determine defects in the structure of the uterus (myoma).
