Warm-up at a physical education lesson

Warm-up at a physical education class is a simple thing, but necessary. It allows you to prepare muscles for exercise and protects children from getting all sorts of injuries in the process of training.

Warm-up in physical education

Warm-up is the basis of physical education, and it should cover the entire body to the maximum. However, this does not take a long time, and the standard version covers only 10-15 minutes of the lesson time. In addition to the main program, it is necessary to include an intensive warm-up for those muscle groups that will be involved in the exercise: for example, before running, great attention is given to the warm-up of the legs.

So, the standard warm-up for the school is performed from the basic position of the foot on the width of the shoulders, the feet parallel to each other, hands along the body or on the hips:

If there is a need to spend a physical-minute in another class, for example, warm-up in the lesson of the English language, you can leave only those exercises that affect the neck, shoulders and hands, as well as add squeezing and unclenching the jaws to warm up the hands.

Cheerful warm-up for children

Typical warm-ups are not very fond of young children, but if you include cheerful cheerful music for a while, even the most common warm-up will pass by cheers. Another good move is to invite one of the students to warm up themselves (of course, you need to suggest the right exercises). In this case, in the junior school, warm-ups are also treated with great interest.
