Warm-up at a physical education class is a simple thing, but necessary. It allows you to prepare muscles for exercise and protects children from getting all sorts of injuries in the process of training.
Warm-up in physical education
Warm-up is the basis of physical education, and it should cover the entire body to the maximum. However, this does not take a long time, and the standard version covers only 10-15 minutes of the lesson time. In addition to the main program, it is necessary to include an intensive warm-up for those muscle groups that will be involved in the exercise: for example, before running, great attention is given to the warm-up of the legs.
So, the standard warm-up for the school is performed from the basic position of the foot on the width of the shoulders, the feet parallel to each other, hands along the body or on the hips:
- head tilt forwards and backwards to 4 counts (8-12 times);
- head tilts to the right and left for 4 accounts (8-12 times);
- Turning the head to the sides for 4 accounts (8-12 times);
- rotation of the head in a circle 2 times in both directions;
- arms to the shoulders, spinning back and forth in 4 counts (8-12 times);
- Warm-up of wrists - rotation in both directions 2-4 times;
- Elbow elongation - rotation in both directions 4 times;
- rotation in the waist in a circle 2-4 times in each direction;
- torso of the trunk forward-backward by 4 counts (8 times);
- torso torso right-left for 4 accounts (8 times);
- ankle joint warm-up - clockwise and counterclockwise 4 laps in each direction;
- a similar warm-up for the hip joints;
- hands put over the knees and perform rotation in the knee joint for 2-4 circles in each direction;
- performance of classic forward attacks - 8 times for each leg;
- mahi feet - 10-15 mahov for each leg.

Cheerful warm-up for children
Typical warm-ups are not very fond of young children, but if you include cheerful cheerful music for a while, even the most common warm-up will pass by cheers. Another good move is to invite one of the students to warm up themselves (of course, you need to suggest the right exercises). In this case, in the junior school, warm-ups are also treated with great interest.
