The first documents of the newborn

- a certificate of birth of a child, which is valid only during the first month of the child's life;

If the father and mother are not married, only certificates from the maternity hospital and the mother's passport will be sufficient.
Registration by place of residence
Having received a child's birth certificate, parents can start registration of their registration. To do this, you need the following list of documents:
- a statement from one of the parents about the desire to register the child at his place of residence and the application of the second parent that he is not against registering the child;
- a certificate stating that the child at the place of residence of the second parent is not registered;
- original and photocopy of the child's birth certificate;
- original and photocopies of parents' passports;
- certificate of marriage registration;
- extracts from personal accounts and home books of the child's parents. Extracts are issued at the passport office and the EIRC.
Citizenship
To register the citizenship of the child, the parents will need to contact the local branch of the FMS. The procedure is carried out on the same day, for this you will need the parents' passports and the birth certificate of the child.
Compulsory medical insurance policy
For registration of the MHI policy, the parents of the newborn should contact the children's polyclinic where the child is observed.
