  1. Vinegar wrap: 9% vinegar should be mixed in half with water, moisten it with natural cloth, wrap it around and fix it with a film. This is the only time when tissue is lying between the composition and the film - it is no longer needed anywhere.
  2. Honey wrap: in a thick honey add a few drops of olive oil or any essential oil, so that the composition in the thickness resembled sour cream. The composition is ready.
