Yoga for the face

Yoga for the face is also known as "aesthetic yoga." These exercises are simple, but effective, help to remove fatigue from the muscles of the face, avoid wrinkles and smooth the skin. The most pleasant thing is that yoga for rejuvenation does not require much time and space, it can be performed wherever you can stay alone. Yoga for the face: morning exercises

Yoga faces in the morning allows you to look perfectly rested with three simple exercises:

  1. Slap (part of the yoga complex for facelift and perfectly helps from the hanging of the cheeks and double chin). Slap your fingers on the cheeks with your fingers - without the feeling of pain, but deeply, piercing the skin inward by about a centimeter. This should be done for about a minute, until the cheeks are lightly puffed. Then, with the back of your hand, tap under your chin, shifting the skin 0.5 cm inside (without feeling pain).
  2. "Big eyes" (especially important for office workers and is considered a strong technique of face rejuvenation). Point your finger between the eye and the eyebrow, and the large finger on the cheekbone under the eye. Push the bones with one motion, as if you want to move apart, without moving the skin. Hold a palpable pressure for about one minute, but do not make it too strong. After exercise, you will feel how your eyes are relaxed.
  3. "Motorchik" (such a yoga-rejuvenation allows you to bring your lips to tone and make them brighter and more beautiful). Imagine that you are playing with a helicopter and picture its sound, while rotating your head like a hinge, moving only the upper part of the neck in an amplitude of about 10 cm. Continuously continue to buzz, feeling the vibration of this sound throughout the body, follow this vibration, concentrate on her. Do this for 30-40 seconds, then change the direction of the head torsion and perform another 30-40 seconds.

Face yoga for daytime fatigue relief

Yoga not only allows you to relieve tension from the muscles, but also will coolly transfer all conflicts at work.

  1. "Mill for the tongue" (excellently relaxing). Sitting with a straight back, perform a circular motion in the mouth with the tongue at the maximum diameter, apply force, touching the gums. You should get 72 rotations - 36 clockwise and 36 against it. Simultaneously, you can rotate with your eyes. When you master, add the rotation of the entire upper body - with the front half-circle - inhale, and with the back exhale.
  2. "Jaw is a joystick" (the best exercise is from depression and stress, especially with regular repetition). Sitting at the table, put your elbows on it, and hold your jaw with your hands. Close your eyes, relax and feel barely perceptible movements of the jaw palms for two minutes.

Face rejuvenation: evening yoga

Even if you did not complete the day complex, you can start the evening. This is an excellent method of face rejuvenation that does not require costs. Do exercises in front of the mirror.

  1. Exercise "The Air Kiss". With force pull out your lips, as if you are going to kiss someone. Hold this position, smack the air. Repeat 5-6 times.
  2. Exercise "Monkey". Within 2-3 minutes, build faces, change facial expressions as often as possible, do not hesitate! Strain your imagination and grimace as you think.
  3. Massage from swelling under the eyes. Before going to bed, massage the back of the neck for about one to two minutes. This will wake up in the morning beautiful!
