Oven reheat to 200 degrees. My apples, dried and using a small knife, we remove the core and separate a little pulp, not breaking through the bottom of the fruit. Raisins pour boiling water, if the berries are too dry, let's dry, and then mix with sugar. We stuff each apple with the stuffing. On top of the filling, pour a little honey and put a slice of butter. We put the apples in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Before cooking baked apples, we clean the fruits from the core and a small amount of pulp, leaving the bottom of the fruit whole. In a large bowl, mix dried cherries, sugar, chopped nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg.

In the baking dish pour apple juice - it will not let the apples burn. We fill the empty core of the apple with a cherry mixture and spread the stuffed fruits into a mold. We put a piece of butter on top of the filling. Pour apples with sugar syrup or honey and put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 50 minutes. Ready apples should be soft, but continue to keep their shape.

My apples, dried and cut into large slices. Previously, the core should be removed from the apples, but you can do this later, individually for each lobule. Pieces of apple spread on a baking sheet, smeared with a small amount of butter.

Sprinkle the fetal segments with cinnamon and water with honey. On top, we lay out pieces of butter and sprinkle the dish with chopped almonds. Cover the form with apples with foil and put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20-25 minutes or until the lobules become soft, but will not turn into a mess.

You can serve this delicacy separately, or you can put a vanilla ice cream ball over it. Also, the apple base is perfect for making classic English crumble pie. To do this, slices of apples, in addition to almonds, should be sprinkled with a crumb of shortcake and put in a preheated oven to bake until golden brown.

Raisins pour hot water and leave to steam for 15-20 minutes. From the apples we remove the core, leaving the bottom whole.

In a small bowl we knead cottage cheese, mix it with sugar and steamed raisins. Nuts cut with a knife and add to the curd mixture. We lay the apples on a baking sheet, fill them with cottage cheese and put them on a baking sheet. Each apple is sprinkled with cinnamon and watered with honey. We bake apples for 30-35 minutes, until soft, and then we serve, watering the juice, which was released during the baking process.
