We beat it all with a blender with a nozzle "Corolla" to dissolve in kefir grains of sugar. Wheat flour and cocoa powder are joined together and sieved through a sieve in the same bowl. Mix all the ingredients and get a dough, which we immediately begin to spread out on 1,5 tablespoons on paper cups for baking, pre-set on a wide baking sheet. Then we divide the chocolate bar by portion pieces and spread one by one into each muffin, which after covering another 0.5 tablespoon of chocolate dough. We bake muffins at 185 degrees in the oven for about half an hour.

Simple recipe for muffins in silicone molds

Sour cream of low fat content is ground with sugar and sunflower oil and chicken egg added to them. In a glass we pour soda, we add to it the squeezed juice from a lemon, we mix and we move all in a bowl with sour cream. Next, we sift through the white wheat flour, and after dark cocoa. To a homogeneous state, use a large spoon to mix the ingredients in the bowl. The dough obtained in this way we impose on 2/3 in silicone molds. After the workpiece, put a piece of white chocolate and close it 1/3 of the brown dough. We send everything to the oven and bake our muffins at a 180 degree temperature somewhere 30-35 minutes.

Next, we send everything in the oven heated to 195 degrees and bake the curd muffins in just 25 minutes.
