Chocolate mannik on kefir with cherry

Eggs whisked with sugar, white, then add kefir, butter and cocoa powder to the mixture. Constantly stirring the liquid ingredients with a whisk, pour to them sifted flour, a mango and add the baking powder. As soon as the dough becomes thick and homogeneous, pour in vanilla essence and mix thoroughly again.

Cherry berries are peeled and crumbled in starch. Add the berries to the dough, mix and pour the dough into the mold. Put the dough into a preheated oven for 180 minutes for 30 minutes.

Serve the mannik slightly before cooling it. A piece of the finished pie can be poured with melted chocolate or served with an ice cream ball.

Mannick with cherry in the multivark

This time we will try to cook a mannik without eggs. In the texture, such a pie turns out to be more dense, but no less tasty. If you want to cook absolutely lean variant of such a mannik - replace the milk with ordinary water.

Pour the semolina with warm milk, in which you must first dissolve the sugar and leave for half an hour. Swollen croup mixed with cinnamon, a pinch of salt, a small amount of baking powder and mix thoroughly. Now add the flour to the mixture, it should be poured until the dough acquires the consistency of thick sour cream. Precise proportions can not be indicated, since they depend on the moisture content of the flour, and it, in turn, can be different in each individual case. As a guide, take the norm in half the glass, and then vary the amount by eye.

Peeled cherries are sprinkled with starch, so that during baking they do not give juice. Pour the dough into the bowl of the multivark, distribute the berries on top and put the "Baking" mode on for 50 minutes.
