First, prepare the meat (it should be clean, without the remains of feathers).

If you want, you can cut each hip into 2 pieces (it will be more convenient when eating), although, of course, it is better to buy smaller ones, from a young bird, they are, by the way, tastier.

Place chunks in a bowl. Add dry spices in the desired amount, chopped garlic and chopped greens. You can and pour slightly. Generously, we pour into a bowl of beer and mix it. We sip a chicken in beer for at least 40 minutes, and it is better than an hour. 2. After the necessary time, the chicken is washed (if this is not done during baking, the crust is caramelized too quickly) and dried with napkins.

A pan, shape or frying pan (preferably a form with bumps to place the pieces compactly) is smeared with chicken fat and we spread the meat. We do not cover.

Place the form in a preheated oven. Bake at medium temperature for about 50-60 minutes (depending on the oven). In the process of baking, we sprinkle the meat twice with beer. About readiness judged by appearance and aroma (it will be very appetizing). The crust must be golden and rosy.
