First of all send the carrots to prepare, then after 3 minutes pepper and tomatoes. Stew ingredients until they are soft. We shift the vegetables into a separate bowl.

Then pour the remaining oil and washed rice into the frying pan. Fry it to transparency, stirring occasionally, pour water and cover with a lid. We cook rice for 20-25 minutes.
