Brosol, in its essence, is very reminiscent of a chop in egg batter, only the batter is much larger in quantity and the way of serving the dish is different from traditional chops. Brizol is served, as a rule, with a filling, which can be simply fresh vegetables or more complex gastronomic compositions.

Half-fillet of chicken breast is washed, dried thoroughly, cut from one side and unfolded by a book. We cover the meat slice with food film and beat it off with the help of a kitchen hammer. If desired, you can add to the mushrooms onions, after having cleaned it, cutting with a knife cubes or half rings and frying beforehand until golden.

Then grind the small cubes or cubes pickled cucumbers. If you do not like the spicy note of this vegetable, you can replace it with an additional portion of mushrooms or add instead of it boiled eggs, ham or any other component to your taste.

In a separate bowl, mix the mushrooms, cucumbers and the grated cheese. We add sour cream, mustard, peeled and finely chopped garlic, we savor the mass to taste with salt, ground pepper and if desired, chopped fresh herbs. The filling is ready, now we will take care of the base of the briol.

Eggs are mixed with milk until homogeneity, we add minced meat, salt, ground black pepper, two teaspoons of vegetable oil without a smell and mix everything well. You can also add spicy herbs or spices to your taste if desired. Warm the frying pan with a small portion of vegetable oil and put half the mixture of eggs and minced meat.
