Tartlets with shrimps

Salad with shrimps in tartlets

Onions and garlic thinly shred, and then wessed on olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Honey is bred with three tablespoons of water. We pour the shrimp with honey water and put everything in a bow with garlic. Fry in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes, and after adding soy sauce for another 5 minutes.

In the bought or baked tartlets lay warm prawns, sprinkle with crushed pistachios. We decorate with greens and wedges of lemon. Our snack in tartlets is ready!

Tartlets with shrimps and cheese

Peeled shrimp and saute. Cucumber cut into small cubes.

Prepare the first cream. Grate the carrots and chop the onions until golden. Pour half of the cream and beat well in a blender. Add 50 g of soft cheese and mix. For the second cream, we clean, roast and turn into sweet mashed peppers. Add the second part of the cream and cheese, stir.

In the tartlets lay out in several layers: the first cream, shrimp, cucumber, olives, a second cream. We decorate with a slice of lemon.

Tartlets with shrimps and avocado

Wash the tomatoes and basil. We remove tomatoes and peel from tomatoes, cut them into small slices. Basil leaves are also cut into small slices. In the avocado, peel and remove the stone, cut the flesh into thin straws. Mix the cream with mustard and lemon juice. To your own taste, salt and pepper refueling. We combine tomatoes, shrimps, avocado and basil. Water the mixture with a dressing and mix it. Lettuce leaves are washed under running water, soaked with napkins and tear each leaf into 2-3 parts. Tartlets with squids and shrimps

Squid, shrimps, scallops and trepangs are boiled separately in slightly brackish water, cooled and cut into thin strips or small pieces. Cut the cucumber into the straws, and the tomatoes into slices. We connect and mix all products, pour mayonnaise, salt and pepper to your liking. We put the salad in the tartlets, and on top decorate the leaves with greens and olives.
