Improper diet, accelerated rhythm of life, chronic liver and gallbladder diseases lead to the development of a disease called calculous cholecystitis. It often affects women who are overweight, and at a young age - 35-45 years.
Chronic and acute calculous phlegmonous cholecystitis
This disease is characterized by the presence of stones or stones in the gallbladder. It is formed from cholesterol, salts and bilirubin for a long time. The main cause is considered malnutrition, although sometimes cholecystitis occurs against the background of taking certain medications and other diseases of the digestive tract.
Distinguish between the chronic and acute form of the disease. As a rule, the second type of disease is accompanied by the presence of large concrements that enter the bile ducts and clog them. The described process leads to a disruption in the production and normal outflow of bile.
Symptoms of calculous cholecystitis
Due to the fact that the stones grow quite slowly, the patient rarely sees the primary stages of pathology and consults a doctor already with pronounced clinical manifestations:
- feeling of heaviness or raspiraniya in the right side and in the subcostal area;
- morning bitterness in the mouth;
- nausea, especially after taking fatty foods or a plentiful meal, alcohol physical exertion;
- eructation ;
- heartburn.
The listed signs of the disease may not occur daily, if it occurs in a chronic form. The period of exacerbation is complicated by additional symptoms:
- sharp cutting pain in the liver, can give in the scapula, sternum, mid-epigastric zone, right shoulder;
- severe nausea and vomiting;
- dizziness;
- slight increase in body temperature;
- weakness;
- swelling and tension of the abdomen;
- spasms of the peritoneal muscles;
- problems with the stool, more often - constipation.
The combination of all or several of these manifestations is called hepatic colic and can last 3-4 days.
Traditional treatment of calculous cholecystitis
The method of therapy of the disease depends on its type, the size and amount of concrements formed, the intensity of outflow disorders and the production of bile.
Treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis without severe symptoms of duct obstruction is limited to strict diet and conservative methods of exposure.
It is recommended to exclude fatty foods from the diet, including milk, alcohol, carbonated and caffeinated drinks, sweets, fresh pastries, giving preference to vegetables, cereals, dietary meat and fish. It should be noted that the diet involves gentle heat treatment without the use of oil (steaming, boiling, quenching).
It is desirable to simultaneously take medications that help normalize the outflow of bile, hepatoprotectors (Allochol, Ursosan, Gepabene, Liv-52), sorbents, and completely eliminate any physical activity.
The acute form of pathology is rarely subject to conservative therapy with drugs, since removal of the gallbladder is required. At the moment, minimally invasive surgical interventions (laparoscopic surgery) are practiced.
Treatment of calculous cholecystitis with folk remedies
Unconventional medicine helps only in the chronic type of illness as a supportive measure.
Effective phytostatic:
