First, let's prepare the dough: mix the flour with cocoa , add coffee, a pinch of salt, powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix everything , break the egg and put a piece of butter . After this, we begin to knead the dough, pouring gradually vinegar and dessert wine. As a result, you should get a soft and resilient dough. Then roll the ball out of it, wrap it in a film and put it away for an hour in the refrigerator.

After a lapse of time, roll the dough into a thin layer with a rolling pin, cut out the saucer circles and from each form an oval, pressing the palm to the edges. Now take the metal forms for the tubes and wrap the ovals, squeezing the edges with protein to fix them. Then put the billets on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees to brownish color.

Without wasting time, we turn to the preparation of the cream. To do this, mix the cheese with sugar powder and chocolate, add cinnamon, candied fruits and mix. Now fill the confectionery syringe with the prepared mass and fill the cooled tubules.

Next, fry them in deep frying and spread on a paper napkin to cool. Without wasting time, we turn to the preparation of the cream. To do this, beat the cheese cheese with a good mixer with sugar powder and gradually pour the egg liquor. Orange candied fruits, crumb, add to the cream and mix. Now, using a pastry bag, carefully fill the cannoli with cream and serve it to the table.
