In the cold season there is nothing better than a cup of hot cocoa with milk. However, in the summer it is possible and will be cooled with the help of a favorite drink, having prepared it with ice, or in the form of jelly, though, about everything in order.
How to cook cocoa on milk?
Ingredients:
- milk - 1 l;
- corn flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- black chocolate - 100 g;
- cinnamon - 1 pinch;
- salt - 1 pinch.
Preparation
Milk is poured into a saucepan and brought to a boil over medium heat. In a separate bowl, fall asleep sugar powder, cocoa and flour, all carefully mixed with a halo. 10 tablespoons of the finished mixture we send to hot milk and carefully mix everything with a halo, trying to get rid of all the lumps. After that, we put black chocolate in pieces and put the chocolate in a saucepan, stirring until the chocolate melts. Season with chocolate, cinnamon, salt and pour on the cups.
Jelly from milk and cocoa
The original way to cool cocoa on a hot day is to turn it from a hot drink into jelly. In this case, we have based on the classic recipe "Panna cotta" and supplemented it with cocoa powder.
Ingredients:
- cream - 250 ml;
- milk - 250 ml;
- sugar - 50 g;
- cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- a vanilla pod;
- gelatin - 3 leaves.
Preparation
Pour gelatin leaves with cold water and leave for 3 minutes, after which we squeeze well.
Pour the cream into the saucepan. We cut a vanilla pod with a knife, put the seeds and the pod into cream. Add sugar, milk and cocoa powder to the cream. On medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil and lay the gelatin leaves. Cook the mixture for dessert for another 2-3 minutes, or until the gelatin has dissolved completely.
The mixture for the jelly is filtered through a sieve and poured into molds. We send the dessert to the refrigerator until it freezes.
Cold cocoa with condensed milk
Faster and easier in the heat to prepare a cold drink of cocoa, just mixing the ingredients with ice.
Ingredients:
- milk - 750 ml;
- water 250 ml;
- cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- Condensed milk - to taste.
Preparation
Milk and water are mixed and put on fire. Bring milk to a boil and dissolve cocoa in it. Cook the drink on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and remove from the plate. As a sweetener, we use condensed milk, so you can add it to your taste. A high glass is filled to the top with ice and poured cooked cocoa. A ready-made drink can be decorated with cream, or you can simply insert a tube and drink immediately.
Cocoa with milk and chili
The benefits of cocoa with milk, it is obvious as well as the fine taste of the drink, nevertheless, many do not know that a special piquancy of the drink containing cocoa is given by a pinch of chili pepper in the composition. You can make sure of this with your own experience, having tasted cocoa, cooked according to our recipe.
Ingredients:
- cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- chocolate syrup - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp;
- chilli powder - 1 pinch;
- milk - 1/4 of the item;
- water - 3/4 tbsp.
Preparation
We boil water and mix it with milk. Put the liquid on the fire and re-bring to a boil. We fall asleep to milk with water cocoa powder, add chocolate syrup and cook the resulting drink 3-5 minutes. We complement the hot cocoa with a pinch of ground chili and cinnamon.
In case you have a full-fledged coffee machine at home, then first weld cocoa on water, mix with spices and pour into a glass. Milk whip into the foam with steam and pour foam over the resulting drink. In addition, cocoa can be decorated with chocolate chips and served to the table.
