How to make caramel from sugar? So, pour the sand into a frying pan with a thick bottom and heat it over medium heat. After the sugar begins to melt, mix it thoroughly so that it does not burn. Then we remove the dishes from the fire and gradually, stirring, pour in warm milk. We do this very carefully, so as not to get burned, as caramel will be heavily splashed and foamed. Now we again send the sauté pan to the fire and boil the mass until the caramel is completely dissolved. After that, throw vanillin, remove the finished caramel from the fire and put a piece of butter. We mix everything to a homogeneous state and dispense caramel from sugar into molds of any size. If you want a delicacy to stay frozen, we remove it for a couple of hours in the fridge, and then we enjoy the amazing milk taste of dessert.

Recipe for salted caramel

In non-stick cookware melt on not high heat sugar. Then remove the ladle from the fire and add the oil at room temperature. Stir everything until complete unification, and then gently pour in hot cream. Lightly beat everything with rapid movements and throw a little sea salt. We keep the mixture on the fire stirring for another 3 minutes, letting the grains and lumps completely dissolve. Hot salted caramel turns liquid and well drains from the spoon, and when it cools, it becomes thicker. We store the finished delicacy in a closed jar for several days.

Fried bananas in caramel

Bananas are peeled, cut across, and then into 3 identical parts. In the frying pan pour out the sugar, pour filtered water and throw a piece of butter. We put the dishes on medium fire and, stirring, we begin to prepare caramel. Approximately 9 minutes later, the delicacy will acquire the desired color and consistency. In the finished caramel immediately add the pieces of bananas and keep the dish on fire for 2 more minutes. Then we remove the frying pan from the fire and serve bananas in caramel to the table, sprinkling with white sesame.

Heat the mass with constant stirring and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on what caramel you want as a result. The longer it is cooked, the more piquant, rich and bitter taste of the burnt sugar you will feel in the ready delicacy. Hot caramel carefully poured on the molds, greased with vegetable oil. Then we insert into each special sticks or wooden skewers and leave at room temperature until the caramel completely solidifies.
