In the sifted flour with baking powder rub on a large grater frozen butter. Mix it with flour, knead it into a crumb. Add cottage cheese, sugar and a little salt. We knead the dough to homogeneity, roll it into a bowl, wrap it in food wrappings and send it for at least half an hour to the fridge. You can leave for the whole night, and in the morning, please the family with fresh pastries.

Apples (one and a half pieces left for decoration) are peeled from the peel and core, cut into large cubes. Spread in a saucepan to warmed butter, sprinkle with sugar and stew, stirring for 10 minutes, until the fruit is soft, while retaining its shape. In the remaining apples, we also remove the core, and divide into quarters. On each piece on the outside, we make frequent and deep cuts.

Chilled dough rolled into a thin layer thickness of only half a centimeter and transfer it to oiled and flour-sprinkled mold. We make high sides. We put into this "cup" the apple stuffing and send it to the oven heated up to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, we prepare the fill. Whisk eggs with sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add starch to the mixture. Whisk until smooth.

We get the pie out of the oven. We lay out a circle of apples for decoration and fill everything with egg-sour mixture. Apples should protrude above the surface. Bake the cake for about half an hour at 200 degrees, until the apple pouches slightly blanch.
