Before installation, you need to make a project, calculate the dimensions and order the sawing of materials. In this project it is proposed to make a box, the walls of which will be finished with expanded polystyrene for insulation.

To do this you need:

• two sheets of plywood;
• controller thermostat with temperature sensor;
• four sheets of expanded polystyrene;
• 6 m of heating cable;
• loops;
• self-tapping screws;
• two sheets of thermal insulation;
• screwdriver;
• knife.

You can start assembling the cellar.

1. The walls are assembled using self-tapping screws, metal corners and a screwdriver.
2. The upper cover is attached to small hinges.
3. The sheets of expanded polystyrene are cut with a stationery knife, it fits tightly into the box. Foam plastic covers all the walls and bottom of the box.
4. With the use of a controller and a heating cable, the cellar is heated. The heating element is laid by a snake by fixing it to the rails of the plywood with electrical tape. All this is fixed on a separate sheet, which will then be put on the bottom of the box. A wire is connected to one end of the heating cable for connection to the outlet.
5. Further, a layer of reflective thermal insulation with a foil coating is laid in the cellar.
6. A sheet with a heating element lies down. Inside the box, a temperature sensor is attached to the box, the power cable is led out through the hole.
7. Thermal insulation is attached to the edges of the box.
8. On the lid of the cellar, it is also necessary to strengthen the foam and insulation.
9. The cellar for the balcony is ready. The thermostat is set at a temperature of 6 degrees and when it drops below four, the cellar is already warming up. You can connect it using an ordinary extension cable.

A box can be manufactured using this technology in any desired size.
