The judge of the town of Palma will have to pass a verdict on a complicated case. The reason for the neighborhood enmity is rather banal, but the process's figurants are rich and famous people - Willie Weber, Claudia Slate and Matthew Vaughn.

Conflicting parties live in the town of Camp de Mar, which has the glory of an exclusive resort, in Mallorca. Their chic villas are located in the neighborhood.

Weber's claim says that the gardener Shifer and Vona, sawed two nine-meter-long pine trees on its territory, at the order of its owners. Claudia allegedly did not like that vegetation spoils the view from her window.

Unacceptable apologies

The defendants brought their apology to the plaintiff, assuring them that they had not attempted his property, believing that the trees were growing on their land. In addition, they were sure that the pines were infected and a couple of years would have dried up.

The angry Weber stated that they were lying, trying to evade responsibility, and threatened that in the near future he would spitefully plant his plot and even erect a high fence, because of which they would no longer see the sea.
