Vanilla pod cut in half and remove the seeds from it with a knife. Mix vanilla with vodka. The amount of vodka is determined according to the desired strength of the drink, so it is logical to assume that for a stronger liquor you need 3 glasses of vodka, for less strong - 2.

To vodka with vanilla we ship natural ground coffee, mix all the ingredients well.

Now it's time for sugar syrup. In a bowl, mix sugar and water, put everything on the fire and wait until the sugar dissolves. Fill the syrup with the rest of the ingredients. Do not forget to check the sweetness of the drink, adding the syrup gradually, constantly trying the liquor.

Now the most difficult thing is to wait 3 weeks, while the drink is infused, after which it should be passed through the coffee filter, and then enjoy a wonderful taste.

How to drink such a coffee liqueur? It's very simple, just add a couple of ice cubes to it and it's ready!

How to make a coffee liqueur with cognac?

Adding cognac to the coffee liquor will make the drink more fragrant and give it its "zest".

Let's start cooking with sugar syrup: pour sugar half of all the water and put it on the fire. We wait until the syrup thickens, and the sugar crystals completely dissolve.

The remaining water is used for brewing coffee, which after cooking must be tightly closed with a lid and insist for about a day. After a day, the coffee is mixed with syrup, lemon juice and cognac, poured into bottles and leave to stand for 3 weeks.

Coffee and milk liqueur

Coffee-milk liqueur carries the commercial name "Baileys." This drink is characterized by a softer taste and greater sweetness.

From the vanilla pod we extract the seeds and beat them with a mixer with condensed milk. Soluble coffee pour a tablespoon of water so as to get a thick paste. We add coffee to the condensed milk, again we mix everything, without turning off the mixer, with a thin trickle of cream. The last and most important ingredient is vodka, we mix it with the rest of the ingredients. The coffee-cream liqueur is ready!
