Compote of prunes and dried apricots - recipe
Ingredients:
- Dried pears, apples - 90 grams each;
- Prunes - 110 g;
- dried apricots - 90 g;
- water - 4 liters;
- honey - 45 ml.
Preparation
For the night before cooking rinse all the dried fruits, place them in the selected deep container and fill with water. Leave the dried fruit to get moisture, so that during the cooking they give the drink its maximum taste. The next day, put a container with soaked dried apricots, prunes, pears and apples for medium heat. Immediately after boiling, boil the drink for 15 minutes, sweeten to taste and remove from heat, covering with a lid. How to cook spicy compote of dried apricots and prunes?
Ingredients:
- dried apricots - 240 g;
- prunes - 240 g;
- cinnamon - 3 sticks;
- lemon peel - 3 strips;
- dried cherries - 120 g;
- a vanilla pod;
- cane sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Rinse the dried fruits and fill them with three liters of clean water. Put a container with the future compote on the fire, and as soon as the liquid comes to a boil, put the cinnamon with vanilla, strips of citrus peel and sprinkle sugar. Compote of prunes, dried apricots and raisins
Ingredients:
- dried apricots - 450 g;
- dried apples and pears - 450 g;
- prunes (without pits) - 215 g;
- raisins - 230 g;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- cinnamon - 2 sticks;
- cloves - 5 buds;
- granulated sugar - 160 g;
- orange liqueur - 55 ml.
Preparation
Pre-soak all the dried fruits in cold water. Put the container on the fire, pour the sugar, put the spices, and after boiling, cook the fruits until they soften, minutes. 10. Remove the prepared compote from the heat, cool to a warm state and pour orange liqueur for the aroma.
