The tubes are ready and cool, it remains to fill them with cream. For its preparation, egg yolks are ground and beat a little with sugar, vanilla and flour. Now heat the milk to a boil, pour a thin trickle into the yolk mass and stir intensively.

We put the resulting mass on a moderate fire and heat it until it thickens. Let's cool down a bit, add softened at room temperature butter and break the cream to splendor with a blender or mixer at high speed.

Oil, thawed slightly at room temperature, grinded with granulated sugar with a whisk or mixer. Then add eggs alternately, whilst continuing to beat. Next, throw salt, vanilla, pour the sifted flour and starch and crush it nicely. Leave the dough for thirty minutes for infusion.

After the time has passed, we put one tablespoon of dough into the center of the waffle iron, cover it and keep it to the golden color of the desired shade of wafers. Immediately turn off the hot waffle cake, giving it a tube shape, and proceed to prepare the following portions.

For cream to boiled condensed milk, put soft butter and whisk until smooth and full. Add the crushed walnuts and mix. We fill the cooled down crispy tubules with the received cream and we submit to the table. Bon Appetit!

Eggs, sugar powder, vanilla, sifted flour and melted and cooled butter mix and break with whisk until smooth. Then pour in the milk and mix again.

Before the first baking, smear the wafer with a little oil and warm it up. Then we put one tablespoon of dough, close the device and bake the waffle cake to the desired goldenness. Then we turn it off and hold it for a few seconds. Do the same before the end of the test.

Cream whisk with sugar powder and vanilla until thick peaks and fill the resulting cream with cooled tubules.
