Once the eggs are properly "swollen" mix the sugar slowly and beat for 5 minutes. Then add the flour and vanillin (you can use vanilla sugar, but then add the usual sugar a little less). Again, everything is mixed to a homogeneous mass. Our batter is ready.

For the filling we take the pulp of melon, cut into cubes or thin slices - as you like. If the melon is very sweet - then when kneading the dough, add less sugar.
