Some scientists argue that tea with milk has a particularly beneficial effect on blood vessels, increasing their elasticity (other researchers consider this action insignificant). Certainly, it can be argued that black tea with milk is a high-energy drink, and lasts longer than regular tea, which is traditionally used by many peoples in severe climatic conditions.

The use of black tea with lemon is also quite pronounced - this drink already possesses the properties of not only pure black tea infusion, the tonic effect is strengthened, a refreshing effect is added, the taste is modified, it acquires a characteristic pleasant sourness. In addition, in the tea of ​​lemon juice is added vitamin C and aromatic essential oils from the skin. Lemon is better not to add to hot tea, but slightly cooled, as vitamin C is destroyed at high temperatures.
