Cactus in a pot
- For this work you will need corrugated paper of different colors for cactus, pot and flower (if you wish), as well as the corresponding color of clay.
- We make a small pot of plasticine cylindrical shape and the basis for the cactus (ball). Tightly wrap the pot with corrugated paper, folding it twice. So fake will keep in shape.
- We fix the fashioned base for the cactus in the pot with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. To create "spines", cut the paper into small squares and fold them diagonally. The blunt end of the skewer is put in the middle of the square and twisted between the fingers. The formed lump is stuck into the basis of plasticine at a right angle, so that it clings firmly, starting from the bottom of the cactus.
- We attach cactus eyes (you can buy ready-made or cut out of cardboard). To do this, we place small balls of plasticine under them, so that the eyes are at the same level with the surface and not lost among the thorns.
- To create a flower, we add a strip of paper 3 * 10 cm in several layers and cut out the petals. Squeeze the petal around the skewer, making a small bend at the base.
