Crafts from eggs with their own hands

Children are very fond of crafts made of natural materials. Firstly, it is pleasant to work with them, and secondly, they are accessible to all. Cones, acorns, pebbles, shells, various plants and their seeds - everything goes into action!

On the eve of the feast of Easter, crafts made of empty eggs and eggshells are especially relevant. From eggs, you can get very original handmade articles - a parrot, a piglet, a fish - that will please your baby with the opportunity to apply his skills in the case. Material for this lesson will always be found in the refrigerator, but a few ideas for creativity you will find in this article!

Children's craft "Chicken from the egg"

  1. For the production of such chicken, we need a few raw eggs, scissors, yellow threads for knitting, glue, a brush and wooden skewers. If you do not know how to pierce an egg for a craft, then keep in mind: this is done very simply. Take a thin needle and carefully pierce it first with one, and then on the other side. Then blow out the liquid contents, wash and dry the empty testicle before starting to make the craft.
  2. Finely cut the thread (5-10 mm, depending on the desired length of plumage).
  3. Completely grease the egg with glue using a brush.
  4. We will shed it from all sides with cut threads, gently press down so that they are well adhered.
  5. In the hole from the bottom of the egg we will insert a skewer. If the hole is too large, you can glaze the joint with glue so that the chicken is firmly seated on the skewer.
  6. Glue the chickens eye-beads and beaks from the red cardboard. "Boys" make thread of thread, and "girls" - bows made of satin ribbon. Such chickens can decorate the Easter table or a nursery for Svetlaya Sedmice.

Crafts for children

A small child of 1 to 2 years old will also not give up such an interesting lesson as creating crafts from eggs with their own hands. Give him this opportunity: let the kid self-decorate the egg with the help of cereals.

  1. First, cook the paste (for 1 glass of water, take 1 tablespoon of flour and cook until the mass becomes thick and sticky). In principle, it can be replaced with PVA glue, but the paste, as you understand, is much safer for a child who may want to try his craft on the palate.
  2. In one plate, pour the paste, and in others pour the grains: wheat, millet, semolina, etc. It is better to use small grains, they will better keep on the smooth surface of the egg.
  3. Show the child how to keep the egg properly so that it does not fall (of course, the eggs should be boiled). Let the baby dips the testicle first into the paste, and then into the rump.
  4. In semolina, because it is white, you can add a little food coloring or sequins, but this is not necessary: it will be interesting for children to work with cereals.
  5. Crafts can be decorated in different ways. For example, the middle (widest) part of the egg can be wrapped in threads and, holding on to them, dipped in two sides in different cereals. Then set aside the workpiece to dry it properly.
  6. You can also draw on the egg shell funny muzzles and even invent with the child an interesting tale of Easter eggs from eggs.

How to make a craft from an egg with thread?

  1. Prepare a raw chicken egg by making a hole in it and blowing out the contents, and then thoroughly washing and drying it.
  2. Using the remains of multi-colored yarn, start pasting several eggs at once. Do not rush, trying to completely wrap the egg entirely, otherwise the thread can move and the hack will get messy.
  3. Wait until the glue on this area dries, and only then continue to wind.
  4. Carefully hide the tip of the thread in the center of the spiral.
  5. Then decorate each craft with patterns of threads of contrasting colors. You can simply glue the eggs in a circle, or form circles or zigzags from yarn.
