Ingredients:
- green onions - 300 g;

Preparation
Eggs washed, put in a bucket, poured filtered water, throw a little salt and bring to a boil. After that, cook them on medium heat for 10 minutes, and then fill with iced water and leave to stand. We sort through the green onions, cut off the white heads and shred a small knife. In a deep frying pan pour oil, warm it up and pour out a ray. We quickly mix the spatula and immediately remove it from the fire, so that the onion does not lose its sharpness and does not change its saturated color. Then add the cleaned and chopped eggs and mix well. Ready-made stuffing is used only after it has cooled down.
Filling for pies with rice, egg and onions
Ingredients:
- egg - 6 pieces;
- green fresh onions - 100 g;
- Butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- long grain rice - 1 item;
- spice.
Preparation
Green onion rinse, shake and melenko shred knife. Eggs boil until ready, pour ice water, and then clean and cut into cubes. Cook rice in lightly salted water, and then add a slice of butter and mix. After that, we connect all the ingredients, stir and season the prepared stuffing with spices to taste.

- boiled egg - 4 pieces;
- raw egg - 1 piece;

Preparation
