Halloween Dishes

Favorite dishes can be easily adapted for the holiday by dressing salads with eyes, watering apples with chocolate cobweb or making a hot snack in a crispy shell of skull-shaped dough. We will describe all such modifications in the following step-by-step recipes.

The recipe for a hot dish for Halloween

Since Halloween parties usually take place in the buffet table format, it is convenient to cook hot dishes that are easy to eat with your hands, not at the table. One of these dishes can be these hot "skulls" of pizza dough, which are filled with stuffing from chicken and broccoli.

To adapt the dish to the appropriate theme, you will have to purchase baking molds in the form of skulls, and knead (or buy) a dough for pizza.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Boil chicken and broccoli. Meat is divided into thin fibers, and the inflorescence of cabbage finely chop. Mix the prepared ingredients with béchamel sauce and cheese.

Lubricate the special forms in the form of skulls, and then lay in them pieces of thinly rolled dough for pizza. Fill the dough with chicken filling with broccoli, then fasten all edges together to close it, and oil the surface with egg.

Bake the dish in a preheated 190-degree oven for 25 minutes.

Salad on Halloween

Cold treats for Halloween are also easy to decorate for the holiday. For example, this usual salad with cheese and tomatoes easily turns into unknown miniature monsters with huge black olive eyes.

Ingredients:

Preparation

For the filling it is enough to mix grated hard cheese with tomato slices, garlic, greens and mayonnaise.

The resulting mixture is distributed in tartlets and sprinkle with cheese on top.

Inside each olive, in place of the stone, insert a piece of mozzarella.

Put the olive eyes over the salad in the tartlet and serve the Halloween dish, pre-chilling.

Dessert for Halloween - recipe

Sweets take a huge place in the menu of all saints day, but the traditional dish for Halloween is caramel apples. Even just by serving apples in a camellia, you can already stand the canons of celebration, but we suggest decorating them with a cobweb of chocolate to make the dessert a bit darker.

There is no need to remember any exact recipe, just simply stock up on beautiful green apples, caramel candies, chocolate and nuts for decor.

Before decorating the dish for Halloween, apples should be washed and dried, and in place of the stalk to insert a candy stick, a tube or a beautiful twig, as in our case.

Using a water bath, melt your favorite caramel candies and dip apples in them so that the fruit is covered with an even layer of caramel almost completely. Frozen apples are left on an oiled sheet of parchment.

After the caramel grabs, melt the chocolate and dip the fruit into it about a third.

Sprinkle the chocolates with chopped nuts.

When the chocolate is solidified, return the apples to their previous position on the parchment and as carefully as possible, using a confectionery bag with melted chocolate, draw a pattern of cobwebs around the top of the fruit.
