Fish baked with mushrooms

Sometimes I want to make something simple, but unusual and at the same time tasty and useful. We propose in such cases to cook fish with mushrooms - such a gastronomic combination is very interesting.

Fish fillets shall be cut into pieces suitable for eating, onions - quarter rings, and mushrooms - not too shallow. Fry the onions in a frying pan until a light golden hue appears. Add mushrooms and protushim on low heat, stirring with a spatula, for 15 minutes. All prepared. Now tell you how to cook fish with mushrooms.

Abundantly lubricate with oil or grease the bottom of the refractory mold and lay a layer of onion-mushroom mixture. From above we distribute the pieces of fish. We'll fill it with cream, seasoned with spices. If you want, you can add 1-2 eggs to the cream and mix.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees C. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped greens. We return the form in the oven for another 5-8 minutes. Cheese should be lightly adjusted, but not to flow. As a side dish, you can serve rice, asparagus, boiled potatoes , and also serve a variety of vegetable salads, light wine or beer.

For this purpose, for example, mackerel (there are few bones) is suitable.

Preparation

We prepare the onion-mushroom mixture in the same way as in the previous recipe (see above). Cut off the fish heads, gut and carefully remove the ridges. On the resulting from the fish as a canvas we spread the onion-mushroom mixture, turn off the roll and tie chef's twine. We pack in foil and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Remove the thread and cut into slices.

Some are interested in how to cook red fish baked with mushrooms. The question is not even what kind of fish is called "red". In earlier times, red fish were called sturgeon in Russia, now it is more often called salmon (salmon, trout, humpback salmon, etc.). If you want to cook salmon or pink salmon in the oven - act as in the first or second recipe (see above). You can just replace the black ground pepper with a sharp red and choose a rose wine, berry tincture or dark beer.
