The received bread balls we put in forcemeat. We chop the onions with ordinary cubes, which we add to a common bowl. Clean hands mix the ingredients, then add a glass of water, add a couple of pinch of salt, sugar, fresh eggs and olive oil. And now we mix the stuffing for three minutes. We select a little stuffing with a palm and give it a round shape. We cut the patties in a mixture of starch and flour, and then put them in a row on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of baking paper, well moistened with water. For baking, put them in the center heated to 195 degrees oven and get it ready after 40 minutes.

We remove the skin from the fish and remove the fins, and then carefully separate the pollock fillets from the ridge. We place it in the bowl of the blender and grind it well. Empty the bowl and fill it with peeled onion and crush it to the state of small pieces. The dried bread is soaked in milk, which after pressing, and the bread is placed in a bowl with minced meat and onions. In the same bowl, through a special press we punch out cloves of garlic and drive in a raw chicken egg. We introduce vegetable oil, mince forcemeat with a mixture of peppers and salt off to taste salt. With a little effort, we mix the stuffing well. We roll balls out of it, and then press it with the palm and get the cutlets, which are rolled in special breadcrumbs and compactly laid out on a wide form of heat-resistant glass. Through the meat grinder we pass pike fillets, soaked in plain water and well pressed bread crumb, butter, small cloves of garlic, onion. The resulting mixture sprinkled with pepper and salt with salt. Then we hammer in here a raw chicken egg and thoroughly mix the stuffing. From it we make cutlets and put them into shape. We put in the oven, already heated to 185 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

On vegetable, heated oil fry until softly crushed onions. Add to it wheat flour and stirring frequently, fry for 2 more, or even 3 minutes. We pour sour cream into the frying pan and also, not forgetting to stir, cook the sauce for 9-10 minutes on a weak fire. For 3 minutes to readiness we add dill greens.
