The use of thistle grass

As a rule, for the treatment of these diseases, decoctions and infusions from the medicinal plant are used.

Recipe:

  1. Dry the inflorescence grind, 1 tablespoon of raw materials put in a dry bowl and fill it with 200 ml of boiling water.
  2. Boil the mixture for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cover the container with a lid, leave for 1 hour.
  4. Strain the solution, take 0.5 cup 3 or 4 times a day.
  5. Store in a cool place.

Infusion:

  1. Approximately 10 grams of dry, crushed inflorescences pour a glass of freshly boiled water.
  2. Leave for 60 minutes, then drain.
  3. Drink twice a day for 125 ml.
