Ingredients:
For the cake:

- flour - 235 g;
- sugar - 145 g;
- soda - 5 g.

- sour cream - 910 ml;
- cream for whipping - 240 ml.

- prunes - 15 berries;
- chocolate.
Preparation
The first pair of ingredients for the cake whip at a maximum capacity in a steep foam. Preheat the honey and put soda to it, wait for the moment when it will acquire a pronounced yellow shade. Gradually pour hot honey to the eggs, without stopping the corolla. Reduce the speed of the device and start pouring the flour into portions. Where it is more convenient to bake a pair of cakes and cut them than bake each individually, and therefore distribute the dough between a pair of round molds (20 cm) and put in the oven for 27 minutes at 160. Cut the biscuits in half.
For cream, whip the cream. Combine the sour cream with the powdered sugar. Mix cream with sour cream.
Spread each of the cakes with sour cream and distribute pieces of prunes. Fold the cakes together, leave a few berries for the decor. Decorate the cake with cream and outside. Melted with melted chocolate and prunes.

Ingredients:
- Butter - 185 g;
- cane sugar - 270 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- ginger candied - 45 g;
- juice and lemon peel;
- prunes - 245 g;
- flour - 195 g;
- a handful of walnuts;
- baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
- apples - 180 g;
- sour cream - 270 ml;
- powdered sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Melt the first three ingredients in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add citrus juice and zest, slices of candied ginger and remove everything from the heat. When the oil is slightly cooled, beat it with eggs and pour in the dry ingredients. Add pieces of apples, nuts and prunes. Pour the dough into a parchment covered baking sheet and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 160. Finished biscuit completely cool and then remove to the grate. Pour the top of the treat with a cream of sour cream and powdered sugar. Cake with prunes sour cream and walnuts can be served immediately.
Sponge cake with prunes and sour cream
Ingredients:
For skin:
- butter - 115 g;
- sour cream - 235 ml;
- sugar - 135 g;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- soda - 1 1/2 tsp.
- flour - 185 g;
- cocoa - 15 g.
For cream:
- sour cream - 230 g;
- granulated sugar - 55 g;
- prunes - 225 g;
- Butter - 165 g.
For decoration:
- cream for whipping - 190 ml;
- sour cream - 45 g;
- powdered sugar - 165 g:
- nuts.
Preparation
For cakes, turn little and sugar into a cream, and then beat the eggs to it. Add the sour cream, gradually enter the mixture of soda and flour. Half the thick dough spread on parchment and send to bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. To the remaining test, add cocoa and repeat the baking with chocolate cakes for a cake with prunes and sour cream in the same way. Cool the biscuits.
