Homemade tomato sauce

For the sauce, you will only need basil leaves, stems are not needed. In the process, use a blender. Throw the leaves in a bowl, add half of the prepared oil, so that the greens are finer and punch.

Nut a little fry in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds. Send peanuts and garlic to the greens, grate the cheese on the smallest grater. Add oil, add and all this into a homogeneous mass. The sauce is ready as soon as you achieve the desired consistency. With salt you need to be careful, because Parmesan is already salty.

Recipe for tomato sauce at home

Then dilute the tomato paste with water. Pour the chopped chili pepper into the sauce, before cleaning it from the seeds. Throw a laurel. The sauce should be boiled at minimum heat for about a quarter of an hour. If you like homogeneous sauces, pour mass extra blender, if desired, season and add favorite seasonings.
