You can fry both fresh and frozen or dried mushrooms. Fresh raw material is thoroughly washed, depending on the species, we clean and soak, and then boil until half ready. Frozen mushrooms before cooking additional thaw, and dried soak before swelling and cook for about an hour.

Boil the mushrooms in a colander, give a good drain, and only then put on a dry hot frying pan. When the water evaporates, add the preheated oil and fry the mushrooms until ready.

How to cook white mushrooms?
