Roast with mushrooms - surprisingly "grateful" dish, it is almost impossible to spoil it. It always turns out to be tender and juicy, regardless of the set of products and the way of preparation: in pots , in a frying pan or even in a multivarquet. The only subtlety - the roast with dried forest mushrooms is more fragrant.
Roast with mushrooms, meat and potatoes in pots
Ingredients:
- pork -100 g;
- champignons (fresh) - 50 g;
- potatoes - 1 pc .;
- onion - 1 piece;
- tomato -1 pc .;
- garlic - 1 denticle;
- pepper bulgarian - 1/2 pcs .;
- cheese hard - 40 g;
- butter - 25 g;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ketchup - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- parsley - 4 branches;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- pepper - 0,5 tsp.
Preparation
Meat washed, soaked and cut into thin slices. Salt, pepper and lightly fry in butter. Add finely chopped onions and mashed potatoes. Fry until the onion is golden.
Meanwhile, tomatoes and peppers are cut into cubes, potatoes are cut into strips. For sauce mix sour cream, ketchup and mayonnaise. We lay out in 2 portions pots layers: meat with mushrooms, tomatoes, pepper, potatoes. We compact the contents of the pots. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese, season with garlic and chopped greens passed through the press. Fill all the sauce. Roast with mushrooms will languish in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
Roast with chicken and Japanese mushrooms
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 200 g;
- Japanese mushrooms - 150 g;
- fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon;
- corn starch - 1/2 tsp;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- chili pepper (green) - 1 piece;
- sesame oil - 1/5 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- oyster sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- soy sauce - 1/2 tsp;
- ground black pepper - 1 pinch;
- sugar - 1 pinch;
- onion green - 1 pc.
Preparation
We prepare marinade. Mix sesame oil with soy sauce, add starch and sugar, pepper. Soak in this mixture chopped thin strips of chicken fillet for at least 15 minutes.
At maximum heat, heat the frying pan, and fry the meat in vegetable oil until cooked. We fasten the flame to medium, season the chicken with crushed garlic and grated ginger. As soon as they begin to give away their flavors, we add mushrooms and oyster sauce. We give the fry half a minute to puff and remove from the fire. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions and chili peppers, served to the table.
