Let's start with the simplest and most obvious recipe, for which fresh fat is cut as thinly as possible and dipped into melted chocolate . After solidifying the chocolate layer, you can start tasting.

The list of ingredients is limited to only two items: lard and chocolate, while the chocolate itself should be black, with a cocoa content of at least 70%. You can supplement the chocolate with a pinch of salt, ground pepper, cardamom and other spices.

Chocolate tile break and melt in a water bath or in microwave. Cut the fresh fat into slices as thin as possible. Putting on a fork one by one, dip the lard into melted chocolate and lay it on the grate. Send the "candy" to the freezer, waiting for the full hardening of the chocolate.
