How to cope with laziness?

Much more than those who are too lazy to find occasionally.

With regard to such situations, it is advisable to consider laziness as a protective reaction of the organism. You will never be too lazy to do what you love, or to do business in a state of cheerfulness. Laziness signals that you are doing work that you do not like, or that you do not give yourself enough rest and save chronic fatigue.

How to overcome your laziness?

Consider effective ways to overcome laziness, which you can try everything in order until you find the one that will ideally suit your situation.

  1. If you see that you are too lazy to do business and just want to lie down, give yourself 10 (20, 30) minutes and fulfill your desire . Lie, look out the window or the ceiling (but do not read the book and do not watch the film!). Soon you will regain your strength and will be able to start working with great enthusiasm.
  2. Often, laziness arises if a person has a lot of work and little joy in life. In this case, you should please yourself - listen to your favorite music, eat candy, etc. After that, say to yourself: "It was an advance. Now I will finish the work and give the evening an entertainment that I like. "
  3. Laziness can occur in those days when you do not get enough sleep or feel bad. In this case, it is worth taking measures to improve the body, eat a slice of lemon and get to work. If possible, take a nap for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Laziness rolls even when the forthcoming work seems too big. Evaluate the volume of work really, divide it into sections and firmly decide how much you need to perform on that day (it must be necessarily real!). Knowing that you have to perform a certain amount of work, and then relax, it will be easier for you to get down to business.

Listen to yourself. Laziness is not just a quality of character, but an important signal. However, and it can become a habit, and this should be avoided, defeating it in the early stages.
