Turkey, stewed with potatoes

Of course, it's easiest to bake a turkey with potatoes in your sleeve, but we decided not to look for trivial ways and cook it with curry with the addition of some unusual ingredients.

Ingredients:

Preparation

Before you put out the turkey with the potatoes, heat the oil in the pan and fry on it the crushed onion and Bulgarian pepper for 3-4 minutes. Add curry paste and chopped garlic. Fry all together for another 1-2 minutes. Fill the cooked vegetables with tomatoes in their own juice and bring everything to the boil. We subtract the fire and put to the ingredients the chopped poultry and potatoes. We cook the dish for another 2-3 minutes, after which we season it to taste and mix it with mango chutney. We serve the dish hot, with boiled rice.

On the same recipe, you can cook turkey and potatoes in pots. Just initially pour the ready tomato sauce with spices and chutney, add turkey and potatoes and bake the dish at 180 degrees 15-20 minutes.
