In addition, it is not always possible to purchase the appropriate shoes. The easiest way is to make out of ordinary Czech chic designer shoes. How to decorate Czechs with their own hands?
Variants, how it is possible to modify the sports children's shoes, turning it into a smart addition to the costume, a lot. We offer some of them:
- add with inserts of fabric or lace, suitable colors;
- apply a golden or silver color spray, paint with acrylic paints;
- decorate with rhinestones, buckles or rivets;
- decorate with flowers from fabric or leather;
- to create ornaments from ribbons and bows;
- choose feathers, fur, beads, sequins for decorating.
In more detail, we will focus on two ways of decorating carnival shoes.
How to sew the Czechs with a cloth?
- We prepare two types of material: one for the sole, the other for the top.
- Copy the pattern.
- Taking the insole, we adjust the pattern to the desired size. Cut out the pattern.
- We transfer the pattern to the cardboard, adding the entire perimeter of 0.5 cm to the allowances.
- We trace the pattern of the soles on the leatherette, the upholstery covers on the fabric. Keep in mind that the details are paired, on the left and right foot!
- Cut out all the blanks.
- By the edging strip we process the inner cut.
- Sew the slices on the heel, hiding the seams under the edging band.
- We fold the sole and upper part with faces. We sew and sew on the sewing machine.
- We turn the shoes inside out.
- We cut the insoles, we outline them on the cardboard.
- We paste the insoles onto the cardboard, insert them into the Czechs.
- Decorate with flowers, ribbons, beads and organza.

How to decorate the Czechs with tinsel?
The easiest way to decorate Czechs for a festive party is to trim them with tinsel. Now on sale you can see all kinds of it. To decorate the Czechs, it is better to choose a narrow tinsel. Most often the front part of the shoe is decorated, or the decoration is sewn on the upper edge. The tinsel is leveled and stitched with infrequent stitches, and the edges should be carefully tucked.
