If you bought a refrigerator or other large equipment, do not rush to get rid of the cardboard package. Dense corrugated cardboard is useful to us, or rather, our pet. It will make an excellent house - comfortable and stylish.
Cat lodging from a cardboard box with your own hands
To make such a house is not at all difficult, as we will see in the course of a step-by-step master class. But it looks like a new cat's house is very unusual. Agree, it's far from every house you can find such an architectural masterpiece.
In order to make a house for a cat from a cardboard box, we need the following:
- in fact, corrugated cardboard, preferably two-layered by 0.6 mm;
- a simple pencil;
- compass;
- stationery knife;
- brush;
- PVA glue.
We will cut out the cardboard in the form of circles, so first we use the compass to mark it in this way:

The diameter of the cardboard circles is 21.5 cm, 21 cm, 20.5 cm, 19.5 cm, 19 cm, 18.5 cm, 18 cm. As you can see, the difference between them is half a centimeter. In total, there should be 8 sets of rings of 4-5 each. In order not to get lost in them, sign them before you cut them out. With a stationery knife, carefully cut them out.

The basis, that is, the bottom of the house will be a solid circle with a diameter of 21.5 cm.
First, add a house without gluing. We need this in order, so to speak, to try and make sure that the house is the right size, and our cat will be comfortable in it.

At this stage we need to decide on the future entrance to the house. Draw and cut it out. And we will cut out from the yet not glued circles separately. First, we draw a hole.

After - we proceed to cut it. As we see, for the time being, making a cat lodge out of the box is not very difficult for us.

Again, we put the circles in the form of a future house without gluing together, in order to make sure once again that we are doing everything right. Already at this stage, the cat may have an interest in the structure.

It's time to glue everything firmly and securely. Lubricate each subsequent circle of glue with a brush and fix it. We collect the "walls" of the house and let it dry well.

When the house is assembled, glued and sufficiently dry, you can run the rightful owner, pre-laying for him inside a soft rag. We are sure that the belly will be liked in his new house, with love and care created by his own master. The house is warm and with excellent sound insulation properties.
