Flowers - this is one of the most popular jewelry. Their use knows no boundaries - boxes and postcards, albums and chocolates, notebooks and folders ... Of course, there are a lot of shops in stores, but why not try to make them yourself? It is enough to make a little effort and imagination.
How to make paper flowers by yourself - master class
Necessary tools and materials:
- preparation of flowers from watercolor paper;
- watercolors, brushes;
- a stamping tool;
- soft pads of foam, bowl with water;
- sprays of different colors.
- Flower blanks can be obtained in several ways - cut with a machine (as in my case), order or, an option for beginners, make one control element, circle with a pencil and cut.
- We soak the flowers for 10-15 minutes in water.
- Wet flowers are painted with watercolors. Not too bright, but only slightly off.
- We select several sprays of different shades, but in one color range and spray our flowers.
- Do not wait until the flowers dry, shift a few pieces on a soft pad and form petals.
- Next, leave the flowers until completely dry.
- Working with paints and sprays is a very dirty and tiring business, so I always try to prepare flowers of different colors so as not to return to this issue for a longer time.
- When the flowers completely dry, it is better to remove excess paint with a paper napkin - this will soften the color somewhat and they will not stain. Wipe the petals should be very careful not to tear them.
- Having made such flowers several times, you will get your hands on and appreciate how convenient it is to be independent of the delivery service and to have the desired ornaments always at hand.
