How to prepare a fecco?

Funchoza is a very popular dish in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and other Asian culinary traditions. Funchosu is made from so-called glass noodles with seasonings from vegetables, with meat or mushrooms. Funchoza is served both hot and cold. For the production of "glass" noodles, starch of mung beans is traditionally used, starch from cassava, potato, yams, maize and some other crops can also be used. "Glass" noodles, as a rule, are round in section, its diameter is variable. After cooking becomes a translucent appearance, looks like transparent glass threads.


Funchoza with lamb

Preparing the feces at home is simpler - many traditional combinations are known. For example, here is a recipe for fuchsza with lamb meat.

Pure fat mutton is cut with a knife, and the meat is cut into small strips. Cut the peeled onion into quarter rings, mix with the meat and add a little soy sauce. We mix it and put it in heat. We cut (or we rub on a special grater for Korean carrots) radish and carrots. Let's cut the sweet pepper into strips. We cut the marinated and fresh peppers very finely. We will melt the mutton fat in a deep frying pan, extract the cracklings, add a little sesame oil. We will quickly cook fried vegetables on high heat, stirring with a shovel. Simultaneously fry the mixture of meat with onions in another pan. The fungicle itself (that is, the noodles) will be placed in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, then we throw it back to the colander. When vegetables in a large frying pan (better in a wok) will be ready, we put meat and fecco. Finely chop the garlic, add to the frying pan, mix it, take it off the fire and cover it with the lid for 5 minutes. We spread it into large cups and serve a tasty hot stuff.

Funchaz with beef

Cucumber cut into thin strips. Carrots and daikon cut into thin strips or we rub on a special grater for carrots in Korean. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame oil in approximately equal proportions - this sauce will dress vegetables. Let's stand up while we prepare the rest. We cut the beef into a thin short straw and boil until cooked (at least 30-40 minutes) and remove from the broth. We wash the noodles with cold water, let it down in boiling water, cook for 2-5 minutes, extract and cool. We combine meat, vegetables and noodles. Add crushed greenery and garlic. Well, almost dietary option.

Funchosa in other variants

You can very deliciously prepare a fancy stuff with pork meat, with waterfowl, and in Vietnamese cooking options it is even possible to combine, for example, pork bacon with fish sauce, hot pepper, cilantro, tomatoes and lime juice. Each of the crops approaches the issue of combining food products with their traditional ideas, principles and methods of cooking.

How to serve the feces?

In fact, we got a warm Chinese salad with fuchsozoy - a traditional dish. Instead of salt we use soy sauce, you can lemon. Bread is not served. It's good to serve Shaoxing rice wine, ergatou, soya, sake or other traditional Asian drinks. If you want to give the fancy cold, instead of lamb fat, it is better to use pork or vegetable oils, or a mixture of them. Funchozu can be harmoniously combined with various types of meat, with poultry meat, fish and seafood. Vegetarian options are also enough.
